Broke my iphone 15 pro max screen and I called them 5 minutes before they closed, he was willing to wait for me whilst I drove from maldon to fix it, it took him 15ms to fix. Couldn’t be more pleased so I highly recommend!

I've been to phone shops before for replacement screens etc, but the guy in this shop...he was unbelievably kind to me during a crisis I was having. He tried to help and suggested things I could try when he couldn't fix it there and then. After taking his advice I went away and did everything he suggested. I went back that evening before he shut and he was then able to fix my phone. It wasn't simple and he was so busy but he still made sure I was able to go away with the problem solved. His knowledge and kindness were above and beyond. Would definitely recommend for problems big and small.
